I have received wrong order what should i do ?Make sure You have parcel opening video as per the Format We accept exchange only when you received a different product , damaged product , different size , different colour. The dress is not fitting me , What should i do ?You require to pay for shipping on both side (i.e Return and reshipping) If the customer is serviceable only to Indian post they must sent the shipping and pickup cannot be arranged. The Product must be folded neatly The product must be unused. Product must be free from odours Product must be having the company's price tag. Any action failed in above size upgrade shall not be taken place The final authority to accept exchange lies with Vasanta Grand. Conditions of exchange If we have next size of the product you ordered , It will be auto upgraded to next size If we don't have next size you have to choose any other product . The newly selected product must be of same price or above but not below any discrepancy in shipping weight customer has to pay for it. you can click on the button bellow to Request for SIZE upgrade Fill the form only if you are ready to pay for shipping.

It's Been a long Time i haven't received my order ?Don't panic It might be in transit (Delayed due to weather conditions/Lot of parcels with the logistics partner) You might have provided incorrect contact details or insufficient address for delivery to happen ex: Incorrect Pin code , Incorrect contact number. What should i do ? Check Your tracking Here , By clicking the Button If you find your parcel in Transit , It will be reaching you , You can contact logistics partner For any further query please contact logistics partner If your Parcel is in "RTO" It means Return to Origin , The parcel is on its way to reach us. We will contact you once we receive your parcel. If parcel in any scenario is returned to origin customer has to pay return reshipping charges

When will I receive my order ?Once your order is packed we will ship your orders ANDHRA AND TELANGANA Most of our orders reach within 5-7 business days in FOR REST OF INDIA it is 9-12 days , If your order is serviceable only in Post office it might take 4-6 days to dispatch and adding delivery time there on.
