Cancellation ,Return & Refund policy

CUSTOMERS CANCELLATION

Herein Purchaser refers to the customer/buyer/consumer and the term VG refers to Vasanta Grand.

As the general rule , Consumer cannot be entitled to cancel order once placed .  Purchaser may choose to cancel  placed with a penalty of 20% of the transaction value , to incur the handling charge to accept order , cancel order and any other charges that  are involved in this process.The decision of VG on refunds and cancellation shall be final and binding.

 

Following,Subject to Purchaser previous history of cancellations, VG reserves the right to deny any refund to buyer , followed by suspension of A/c if required without any notice to customer ( The conditions to satisfy to delete a/c or not is finalised and decided by VG & it is binding)

If purchaser opts to cancel his/her order , VG shall have right to collect penalty of 100% of the order amount for breach of contract terms as a compensation for the efforts of employee, charges for handling the order and any other expenses incurred in the process

NON-PURCHASER CANCELLATION 

​

VG reserves the right to collect a penalty for the orders constrained to be cancelled by VG for reasons not attributable to VG , including but not limited to :-

​

(1) In the event if address provided by purchase is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone.

​

(2)Failure to contact purchaser by phone at time of delivering the order booked.

​

(3)Failure to deliver consumer order  due to lack of information , Direction or authorisation from purchaser at time of delivery

REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION BY VG

​

(1)Unavailability of all items booked by purchaser after booking the order.

  • VG will inform the customer through mail/ whatsapp /phone about unavailability. In such an event purchaser will be entitled to cancel entire order and shall be entitled to a refund to an amount of upto 100% of the order value .

  • In case of any cancellation by VG of any so reason, VG shall not collect any penalty and purchaser shall be entitled to refund to an amount of upto `100% of the order value.

 

(2)Unavailability of some items booked by purchaser after booking the order.

  • VG will inform the customer through mail/ whatsapp /phone about unavailability. In such an event purchaser will be entitled to cancel the unavailable order and shall be entitled to a refund of upto 100% of the value of goods that have been cancelled due to unavailability.

REFUNDS

​

The decision of VG on refunds and cancellation shall be final and binding.

(1)Incase of unavailable item after order customer is entitled to refund for that particular item 

(2)All refund amounts shall be credited to purchasers account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanisms of VG choice.

(3)Refund will happen within 20 days of Initiation for Payment Gateway to refund your amount.

(4)The refund will happen to your payment source.
(5)We provide refund for damaged goods with a 360 degree parcel opening video and damage being visible in one single opening video. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,Please contact us.

The decision of VG on refunds and cancellation shall be final and binding.
