Refund policy
Herein, the terms “Purchaser”, “Customer”, or “Buyer” refer to the consumer, and “VG” refers to Vasanta Grand.
Customer Cancellation
As a general policy, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
However, the purchaser may request cancellation of an order with a penalty charge of 20% of the transaction value. This amount covers handling charges, processing fees, and operational expenses involved in accepting and cancelling the order.
The decision of VG regarding refunds and cancellations shall be final and binding.
Based on the purchaser’s previous cancellation history, VG reserves the right to deny refunds and may suspend customer accounts without prior notice if required.
If a purchaser cancels an order after processing has begun, VG reserves the right to collect up to 100% of the order value as compensation towards operational costs, employee efforts, handling charges, and other related expenses.
Non-Purchaser Cancellation
VG reserves the right to cancel orders due to circumstances not attributable to VG, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the purchaser.
- Delivery location falling outside the serviceable area.
- Failure to contact the purchaser during delivery attempts.
- Lack of proper delivery instructions, directions, or authorization from the purchaser.
Refundable Cancellation by VG
1. Unavailability of All Ordered Items
If all ordered products become unavailable after order confirmation, VG will notify the customer via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
In such cases, the purchaser is entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of up to 100% of the order value.
2. Unavailability of Some Ordered Items
If only certain items become unavailable after booking, VG will inform the purchaser accordingly.
The purchaser may cancel only the unavailable items and receive a refund of up to 100% of the value of the unavailable products.
Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility is subject to VG approval.
- Refunds for unavailable products will be processed for the respective item value only.
- All approved refund amounts will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take up to 20 days depending on payment gateway procedures.
Refund for Damaged Products
Refunds for damaged goods are accepted only if the customer provides:
- A clear 360° parcel opening video.
- The damage must be visible in a single continuous opening video.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and the refund is not received, kindly contact our support team.
Final Authority
The decision of VG regarding cancellations, refunds, replacements, and disputes shall remain final and binding under all circumstances.
