After your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details will be sent to you.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days.
Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing timelines.
Some combo offers or special promotional items may require up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer two shipping categories:

AP/TS Shipping – Applicable for deliveries within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Rest of India Shipping – Applicable for all other states across India.

Shipping Charges

Estimated delivery time is generally 6–9 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, destination, and logistics conditions.

India Post Serviceable Areas

If your location is serviceable only through India Post, dispatch may take an additional 3–4 business days.

Returned Shipments

In case a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or any customer-related reason:
